Warranty

HHWOLF provides 2 years Limited Warranty on all night vision devices, 3 years Limited Warranty on all thermal imaging devices. If you want to contact HHWOLF for after-sale service, submit the form at support in our official website. HHWOLF will back to you as soon as possible. 

This warranty does not cover a product if it has (a) been used in ways other than its normal and customary manner; (b) subjected to misuse; (c) subjected to alterations, modifications or repairs by the customer of by any party other than HHWOLF without prior written consent of HHWOLF; (d) special order or “closeout” merchandise or merchandise sold “as-is” by either HHWOLF or HHWOLF dealer; or (e) merchandise that has been discontinued by the manufacturer and either parts or replacement units are not available due to reasons beyond the control of HHWOLF. HHWOLF shall not be responsible for any defects or damage that in HHWOLF view are a result from the mishandling, abuse, misuse, improper storage or improper operation of the device, including use in conjunction with equipment that is electrically or mechanically incompatible with, or of inferior quality to, the product, as well as failure to maintain the environmental conditions specified by the manufacturer.
